In 1988, I began producing Creative Training Techniques in partnership with Lakewood Publications (which was also the publisher of Training magazine at the time).
For the first few years of CTT’s existence, I wrote every single word of the newsletter, but I gradually turned over most of the writing to others – except, of course, for this column.
Beginning with this issue and increasingly throughout 2007, you will see changes in the newsletter. In some instances, we're going back to our roots to ensure that, every month, you find here more and more quick, practical tips, tactics, and techniques that you can immediately apply in order to increase the impact of your training.
At the same time, we're going to be moving forward by looking at all of the ways in which we can make your subscription more valuable to you.
